This bidding project is the construction project for the extension of the road around the public rental housing project in Shaleho Industrial Park. It has been developed by the Economic Development Bureau of Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone. About the Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone Boyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The approval of the Feasibility Study Report for the Extension of Road Construction Projects Surrounding the Renting House has been approved by the agreement of Hu Kaifa [2016] No.19. The project has already met the conditions for tendering, and the public bidding for the construction of the project is now underway. Third, the tender section

Fourth, the bid applicant qualification requirements:

1. Must have an independent legal personality, have sufficient assets and ability to perform the contract effectively, have no violations of law and regulations in the past three years, have not been ordered to suspend business or become bankrupt, and the assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen;

2. The enterprise has the qualification for the general contracting of the construction of municipal public works issued by the construction administrative department;

4. The company has an effective safety production license, and has corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds;

5. In the past three years, there have been no fraudulent bids, serious breaches of contract, major project quality problems;

6, the tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid.
